Office of Inclusion Taskforce
The Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Task Force has assessed the needs of the Office and the needs of the two institutions it serves. The task force has provided recommendations to Chancellor Ray Cross on what functions the office should encompass in the future and how such functions should be staffed.
Taskforce Charge
- Identify the organizational needs that the Office of Inclusion should address
- Identify the needs in priority order
- Identify the functions that should be included within the Office of Inclusion or where important or related functions might best be located
- Recommend a structural arrangement that best aligns the functions within the Office of Inclusion with the needs of the organizations
